Transparency is core to The Phoenix Deals. This disclosure explains how affiliate links fund the site, which programs we join, and why this never affects the recommendations you read.

2) Affiliate programmes we use

• Amazon EU Associates (Germany, Spain, France, Italy and other EU storefronts as applicable).
• Occasional retailer or marketplace programmes aligned with the products we cover.

Programmes may change over time. We only join merchants that deliver reliable fulfilment and customer support.

3) How affiliate links work

• Links contain a tracking ID provided by the merchant (e.g., Amazon’s tag parameter).
• Merchants may store cookies to attribute a sale. We do not control those cookies; please review each merchant’s policy.
• We never see your payment data. We simply receive aggregated reports (items sold, commission amount).

4) Product selection criteria

Products (such as cordless wet & dry cleaners) are chosen based on:

• Public specifications, independent lab tests, and hands-on reviews.
• Value for money, availability in EU markets, and warranty support.
• User feedback trends (reliability issues, after-sales service, etc.).

Affiliate status does not guarantee inclusion. If a product underperforms, we remove it regardless of potential commission.

5) Editorial independence & disclosures

• No sponsored placements, paid guest posts, or “pay-to-win” tables.
• Affiliate links are clearly labelled in context and in the site footer.
• Our writers and editors do not receive incentives from manufacturers.
